I was learning to compare the two birds if found this hard because I couldn't find all the information easily.

It was easy because I already know how to work out the answers.

I have been learning to find and summaries information by choosing the most important information.

I found this interesting because I found new facts about Sir Edmund Hillary.

It was tricky because I did not know a lot about Sir Edmund Hillary.

My next step is to practice how to find facts and learn more about Sir Edmund Hillary.

My Reflection

I got an item to write about. I wrote about  a ruby. I thought of a lot of words. I enjoyed writing a poem.

Bio poem

I am learning to write a bio poem. It was helpful to have the paper to remind me about what words to write.

Summarising

Reflection:
I am learning to summarise a text.
It was tricky to find key words. I had to read the text carefully a few times.
It was helpful to do this activity with the teacher and a buddy.
My next learning step is to use what I learnt about summarise and try to do this with other texts.

My reflection
I am learning to identify the parts of a graph It was tricky but it was helpful to have a buddy and to look at the good example. My next learning step is to create a graph using  date that I collect.
